SKILL IMPROVEMENT & ENDURANCE TRAINING FOR OPEN WATER

Welcome to Vamos Ocean Racers, the adult branch of VAMOS Youth, where we offer open water swimming training for all skill levels. Whether you’re an experienced swimmer looking to refine your technique or a beginner ready to dive in, we have the perfect program for you.

Our group lessons are designed for intermediate to advanced swimmers, providing a dynamic, social environment focused on skill improvement and endurance. Plus, we take part in races across Costa Rica, allowing you to apply your training in real-world conditions.

At VAMOS Youth, safety is our number one priority. With a professional lifeguard/coach leading every session, we ensure a secure training environment where you can focus on enhancing your open water swimming skills with confidence.

For those new to open water swimming, we offer private lessons tailored to teach essential water safety, basic techniques, and the skills needed to swim comfortably in natural settings.

Our goal is to promote programs that encourage a fun and healthy lifestyle for adults and kids of all ages throughout the Guanacaste region.

Our open water training program encourages fitness, safety skills and fun while teaching the fundamentals of a sport that can be practiced in any open water setting. It's a great way to train for triathlons and open water swimming competitions!

Ocean Racers Swim Club

Our local swim club Vamos Ocean Racers offer weekly training opportunity to locals and to visitors. If you would like to train while you are traveling to Costa Rica, contact us to learn more about our group workout and private lessons opportunities.
