Designed, and taught by experts, this course is designed for people who want a general knowledge of first aid principles and the emergency treatment of injuries. Skills include: casualty assessment, CPR, AED operation, choking, what to do for external bleeding, heart attack, and stroke. Includes CPR-C certification.

Join our Lifesaving Club at Reserva Conchal every Saturday—a fun, confidence-building program for kids ages 7–13where they’ll learn essential water safety and lifesaving skills through games, drills, and team challenges. All levels welcome, from first-timers to strong swimmers—come train, make friends, and grow stronger in the water each week.

All swimmers are invited to join our swim meets, whether you’re brand new, building fitness, or training for performance. We welcome all levels and keep it supportive, fun, and confidence-building, with options for pool and open-water swimmers alike, come meet great people, challenge yourself at your own pace, and celebrate every finish.
